My husband and I needed carpeting installed because of water damage. We saw Haynes ad promising installation before the holidays and ordered carpet on Dec 6. They sent someone to measure very promptly and also charged our credit card promptly to guarantee delivery. Installation set for Dec 18. Moved furniture and pulled up carpet as instructed.

Got call the night before installation, cancelling on us - with no number or info on how to reschedule. Called Haynes immediately and no one knew the person who called. Tracked it to Haynes' contractor ourselves after getting no help from our salesman who made repeated promises to correct the situation.

Finally spoke to a manager who offered us a $150 store coupon, but no firm date for installation. Today is December 20 - have a large family arriving for holidays, house is in shambles and still do not know if or when we will get carpet.
