Complaint Review: Haynes Furniture The Dump

Personally, I have never dealt with either The Dump or Haynes Furniture - but I do have friends/co-workers that have made the grave mistake and purchased from them. My comment is based on their stories, my common sense, and the silly "sale" ads that I am so sick of seeing. I would never think about going to Haynes/The Dump specifically because their FAKE ads/commericals get on my ever living nerves - a commercial about Haynes/The Dump every 30 minutes is a bit too much!

TO ANYONE considering purchasing from The Dump/Haynes Furniture.....

Be careful - be very careful - when a copmany continues to advertise SALE after SALE after SALE - and tries to entice customers to their facility by offering free donuts/hotdogs etc....something "may be" up their sleeves.

Do not find yourself purchasing items from The Dump/Haynes Furniture thinking you're going to get all items delivered when they say they will be.

Remember: if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

Overview of friends story - Purchased bedroom set - and childrens bunk beds - Haynes did not deliver when they promised they would. THEN when delivery finally happened, bunk bed set was incomplete. After calling Haynes, my friend was promised another delivery day - of course that day came and went, with no bunk bed. Eventually he (my friend) went to the store and demanded to speak to "someone with knowledge" of the order, after discussing/arguing/fighting with that "someone" my friend finally got what he ordered - 6 months later!
