I had decided to buy a new car, I researched for 3 weeks before deciding on the mitsubishi endeavor. I called hays mitsubshi and spoke with a rep. and discussed what i wanted. they were having a labor day week-end sale. told the rep what i wanted and that i did not want to trade a vehicle.

He took my financial info over the phone and ran my credit, after 30 minutes of talking and waiting he said that he could put me in the vehicle come on down. the dealorship is 45 minutes away. I got there everyone was nice, i looked at the endeavor and was very pleased.

I filled out all the info. answered all questions, gave all paperwork they needed for copies, ins, payroll stubs, etc. After 45 minutes they told me they could not finance the endeavor for me but i could buy a montero sport, i was disapointed but looked at the vehicle and i liked it. They started more paperwork. I talked with manager, the finance person, signed all the papers and left in my new vehicle. First payment would be 1 month later, I was told I would receive payment book in the mail.

2 weeks later i received a phone call stating that this company had some personnel problems, and that several people were let go including the salesman and finance officer that handled my application. thay had made a mistake and i was not able to purchase this vehicle by their level of credit standards. they said they would work with me, they contacted several finance companies 7 that i know of and i was denied. Everytime someone runs a credit report you lose so many points now my credit report is very low thanks to these people.

They have told me to bring it back and they will put me in a less expensive or used car. the only other vehicle i have is in shop getting repairs done, i will not have it back for 2 more weeks. I am very disgusted with all the phone calls, they have made me feel i amat fault. the person that calls me calls me pet names such as sweetie and honey.

i am ready for them to come and get the vehicle and rent a car till my other vehicle is repaired. i could not go anywhere and get a new vehicle because of my credit score now. this is not my fault, i have purchased several new and used cars in my life which are paid for. and have never had to go through such nonsence. I feel I am the one that needs reimbursed for all the headache I have been through.

Hello Ladies, It is Captain Texino on the line. Texino (that's me) is a professional expert who has gained the respect of many, including Black Robbed Judges at court. Now lady number 1 down in Tennessee. I am thinking your credit is weak from the start and the repetition of queries for the purchase of this one car from this one dealer is not hurting so much as you suppose. I also do not think that you are going to gain by implying some sort of impropriety over "pet" names because everyone in Tennessee (wherever that is) talks like that. In fact they could call you "rabbit face" if they wanted to. Anyway, you would have to document that you told them to stop calling you by those names, and they would not, before anyone will take that into account. Finally, it is fairly obvious that you can't afford a new and fancy car, so stop wasting your time. It is unhealthy to live above your station. Look around at what other poor people are driving and get one of those. then quietly start paying your bills as soon as you get them and before long, you will be on the track. Just remember, if you do not gross 100k+ each year, you may not have a cell phone, SUV, boat, talking parrot, cable or DSL or more than one TV.

Lady # 2 You go mind your own business and stop gloating.

Thanks for listening, Texino (The real thing, free of charge)

THey spotted you into a car. When they ran your credit it was no good. They tried different lenders and you are not credit worthy. The number of inquiries do not count against you because they all count as one purchase, a new car. You damaged your score by either being late or not paying some bills. Time will fix your score if you pay your bills on time
