Complaint Review: Hazelton's

Hazelton's Sold me a Christmas gift basket on-line and encouraged me to pay $46.50 for FedEx 2 Day Guaranteed Delivery I tried to cancel the order 8 days later and they refused and took 20 days to deliver.

I ordered a Christmas gift basket on Dec 22nd and was encouraged by the site to pay $46.50 for FedEx 2 Day Guaranteed Delivery to ensure my gift arrive on time. 

It took 11 days for them to give the basket to the courier and another 10 day for the basket to be delivered, after being charged a premium for express shipping. 

I requested to cancel the order before the basket was even picked up by the courier, six days after ordering.  They refused, kept my $46.50 for express shipping and $175.00 for the basket and delivered it 21 days after I ordered.
