Complaint Review: HC Processing Center Aka The Helpcard

HC Processing Center Aka The Helpcard Purchased a Craftmatic bed in 2004, which did not work right, called and informed company to come get bed, they said it had been past 10 day of delivery and would not come get the bed. They continually send statements and harassment phone calls. They will not come get the bed. The harassing phone calls are several times a day. Springdale, Lowell Arkansas

Being 84 yrs. old and in bodily pain, a Craftmatic bed was delivered to the house and did not work right or feel good to sleep in. Called the company to have them come get the bed, they refused saying it was past a 10 day policy to pick the bed up if it was defective. Sent a letter stating the bed was defective and they sent the letter back with a bill statement. Have made some payments but with not being able to use the bed, it seems useless to send money for a bed that is defective from the first day. These continual harassing phone calls to collect money for 4 years for a defective bed and with a heart condition, these calls are tremdously stressing. Wife sick with cancer and heart condition and yet these people will not come get the bed or stop sending bill statements and they continue with the harassing phone calls.
