HC Processing Center Help Card Penalized for early payment, Keeps calling and saying past due Nationwide

We were approved in the sleep number store for a "Help Card" credit line to assist in paying for a sleep number bed and accessories.  Everything was fine and dandy.  We began paying double the monthly payment every month ON TIME for the first 8 months.

On month #9 we accidently made 2 payments just how checks fell and wanted to get all bills paid.  So we made a payment on 9/15 for the 9/20 due date (Once again double the monthly payment they asked for), then again on 9/30 made another payment for the 10/20 due date (again double the payment).  We are now being harrassed and penalized for paying our next month's bill 20 days EARLY!!

They even called my place of business today to harass me about being late when we are truely not.  They told my wife that they did not know what to apply our 9/30 payment to so they just marked us late and put the 9/30 payment on the principle.  This in my mind is absolutley outrageous and this company is a bunch of crooks to try and get late payment fees out of people.  Like they don't make enough on their interest rates!  We are going to pay off our entire balance so they no longer make any more money from us and I will be filing complaints anywhere I can.

JUST SAY NO TO THE HELP CARD!  Please tell everyone you know do not take credit from any sleep number store, or any store that offers the help card as financing.  I want to make this company suffer for treating customers the way that they do!  Just a little funny tidbit that I noticed when I came to ripoff report to file this claim, I found several others had the EXACT same experience with them that I did.
