HC Processing Company Do not buy a bowflex you will be double charged! Springdale Arizona
Like the others in this report site, I myself went through the same thing. I purchased a bowflex in December of 06, I had problems getting the machine. In January of 07 I had not received any paperwork. I called the credit company and they said they would send the paperwork. In the meanwhile we had sent a check to the adress gave to us over the phone. The next month never received a statement. Thus payment was late. I got nocked off the introductory payment plan. Doubled my payment. Still paying for the bowflex. I think their practices are unethical and probably illlegal. We all need to find a lawyer that will help us.
Bowflex and this company must not get away with this. We all need to persue this relentlessly. As a consumer I am tired of getting Ripped Off!!!

Credit Card Scam

You're right. Bowflex is an absolute scam. I ordered it on line. When filling out my ordering information I was told that I needed to give my credit card information. All of the fields had the little red star next to them denoting "Required Information". So I thought I had to fill all of this out to complete my order. I saw all the TV Ads saying you could get a bowflex and only have to pay 17 dollars a month interest free. I thought my credit card would just be charged 17 dollars a month. I had seen the tiny black icon that said "Bowflex Credit Card" but didn't think I would need to use it in order to only get charged 17 dollars a month. No where on the site did it say I needed to do this. And my credit card information was "Required" so I filled all of that out. Well the product was a little late getting to my house so I called to inquire about it. It was during this phone conversation that I found out that they had billed my credit card the full 3500 dollars. I've always been really good about only using my credit card when necessary and paying the full balance whenever I did so I always had a zero balance on my credit card. Well now here I am with a 3500 dollar balance on my card. Absolute Scam. And to boot the product didn't even work. I worked out on it religiously and was even running four miles a day on top of that yet I kept putting on weight not losing. I'm still trying to lose the weight on put on as a result of using it but it's hard because it completely changed my body type. I agree with whoever had said on here that a class action lawsuit should be filed against bowflex because they are completely ripping people off.
