Complaint Review: HCA Power

I was told, they would send me a free bottle to try, but will only  charge me the shipping fee. And I would have to call and cancel my order if I was not satisfied with my results. when I called customer service they were extremely rude and told me that I had to wait for a second shipment to be mailed out to me before I could cancel my order and then I will be charged $100 non refundable fee, once I get my second bottle

they basically lied to me and said that I would be able to cancel my order if I was not satisfied and when I did try to cancel my order they say something totally different

that I had agreed to be a member when I never said anything like that
