  1. Was suppose to receive order in 5-7 business days. Called on mar 7 because it had been 10 business days and had not received anything. I was told I wouldn't be charged and she had reordered my trial batch. Not once was it mentioned that my second order was going out and I was going to be charged. I checked my account mar 10 and was charged $99. When I called to complain I was supposedly talking to the supervisor and he had advised me I cannot get a refund and all they can do is cancel which he said it already was on mar 7th. I asked to speak to someone higher than him because I do not want to pay for something I haven't even received. He told me that his bosses don't come to the phone. He tried to place me on hold and I kept asking why if I cannot speak to someone higher.  He then said are you going to let me talk. I said I do not want to be placed on hold and he hung up on me. I called back and spoke to Susan. She also told me the same info and also would not give me the previous persons name. She said all she can is give me a claim number but I'm stuck paying the $10 shipping and I have to pay for the return shipment.  I also reported this to the BBB.  If I was cancelled then why was a shipment still sent out and I was charged.
