Complaint Review: HCG XTREME

This company is known throughout the internet of not mailing the product or sending any other correspondence before the 30-day period is over.  Customers think either the charge didn't register or that the product isn't coming and they forget about it, therefore they do not cancel within the 30 days.  The product will generally come after the 30 days is up, thereby costing you another monthly payment before you can cancel.  Do not stand for this.  I insisted that the product be returned, unopened, and that I receive a full refund - with no "restocking" fee, which they agreed to, if I did not contact the Better Business Bureau - their words.  I agreed, however, the product was received by them over 30 days ago and they are not answering my calls, nor have they refunded my money.  I called the bank and filed a fraud claim to get the money back.  I suggest not doing business with a company such as this that is dishonest.
