Complaint Review: HCI Direct INC: Silkies

I received a "Past Due" bill from Silkies billing center. I have received no merchandise from this company and have tried to contact them through the phone they listed on their web site. This number is a fax number and when I tried to e-mail them, you can only use outlook. My machine does not support this. I am trying to contact the Marketing Company, HCI Driect and found a web listed by a previously "ripped off" customer who left a phone number to contact them. I will try this and hope to resolve this matter. But wanted to let others know to be on the look out for these people.
