I have just received an attempt from a collection agency hired by HCI pantyhose for a bill of $13.96.I neither ordered nor received these pantyhose. I have never knowingly signed up for their program.

I have emailed the collection agency, HCI directly and intend on calling their offices first thing Monday morning.Interesting this all happens on a long weekend when no one is in any offices.

Anything more I can do to stop this?
