I ordered some IPod accessories There were no instructions with any of them and some like the "screen guard" were hard to figure out.

I tried for two weeks to reach the company, with no e-mail or phone response Finally I got an automated e-mail with return instructions

I sent the package with explanation, request for refund and another e-mail
No response for almost two weeks.

Then I get the package back-- "Return to Sender"! Had been opened and sent back -- but no correspondence or attempt to reach me!

Finally I reach someone on the phone:

First they cannot adequately explain why my return was not accepted. they indicate something was missing but cannot articulate it. I affirm to them Isent back everything they sent me.

Second they tell me I did not return the products in the allotted period of 14 days. I tell them it took them that long to respond. they said their e-mail system was down! And I think their phone # is wrong on the website! (And according to 411 their phone # does not match that address.)

Third they give me the name of a supervisor. She is on another line and I should call back later. I do and she is at lunch. Call back in an hour they say. I do. She's gone for the day!
