HD Publishing - Net Detective I was scammed by Net Detective too. fake consumer report site Consumers-Guide.org Deland Florida Internet
Like others, I found Net Detective through the fake consumer report site Consumers-Guide.org. Like others, I was ripped off and I did not get what I paid for. After contacting the company, I was asked to explain why I wanted to terminate the service before they would email me the mail-in form to request a refund. On the website it states that there is a 90-day money back guarantee. That means that I can use the service for 90 days with the option of termination during that time period. Yet, in the email they sent they twisted the words to mean that they did not have to give me a refund for 90 days.
I did some research on Net Detective and HD Publishing Group. I read that Consumers-Guide.org was created by HD Publishing, but I need verification of this. If someone can help me out with that, I'd appreciate it.
