I ordered a phone case from HDAccessory.com (Keywei Inc) and I have never received the case I ordered a phone case and never received a shipping tracking number and on their website it shows that the case has been ordered but no case has been shipped according to their website. I have tried to contact them numerous times by e-mail and I have never received a response. I tried today to contact them by phone and then was redirected to a new phone number.....when I try to call the line is always busy or it rings and no one ever answers. I purchased the phone case thru Paypal and the money has been taken, but no product has been shipped......and I cannot seem to reach anyone in customer service.

All I want is to know that the case has been shipped and tracking number is sent. If they will not confirm that the case has been shipped in the next few days I would like a FULL refund.
