Purchased several ipod accessories on 01/01/08 via their online website. I promptly received their order confirmation, but never received the product. I sent two e-mails and tried calling numerous times and absolutly no answer, not even a way to leave a message. I fell for the trap and purchased from them without doing some simple research prior to the purchase. Buyer Beware!!!!
