I ordered accessories for my i-pod on December 30th 2007, the company sent me a confirmation number and that was the last I heard of them. They have not responded to my e-mail, nor can I get them by telephone, the phone number has changed, and no one answers the new number. But the company charged my credit card, and has not sent me my items.

It took a few e-mails to the company(they responded to none of them).
But I received my order on Janurary 18th, a total of 19 days from the order. But the company did send my merchandise.
