Complaint Review: HDAFTERPARTS.COM

I placed a order with HDAFTERPARTS on the internet and was sent a order verification via email that the order was placed. I waited 3-4 days and called them for status and they didn't have any record of the invoice but had charged my credit card for 148.00. I placed numerous calls to them and kept getting the same story. " We will check into and call you back" I never heard a word back from the company or recieved a credit. I contacted my credit card company and they stopped payment on the charge. I also contacted the BBB of ohio and they responded back that HDAFTERPARTS.COM never responded to them either and they couldn't do anything more. I do most of my purchases online and never had a problem.
