Complaint Review: HDI Connections-Domestications

After receiving an order from the company and finding that none of the three pieces matched, they were returned with no problem. However after over four weeks, no credit has been made to my credit card. A company representitive stated that they must send the items back to the manufacturer before they will issue a credit. Most likely they were made in some third world country so I may have a LONG wait. After pressing the rep, we were told the credit would be posted in a week. So far, no credit......
