HDI* SIMPLEESCAPES 877-234-0787 ripoff This company STOLE MONEY from me via my credit card Internet
I read over my credit card statement from Chase Platinum MasterCard and saw that I was charged $96.00 from a co. called HDI*SIMPLEESCAPES in PA. I then looked up the company on the internet to see if maybe I had ordered something and forgot about it, but came to find out that they hade made an unauthorized transaction to my account. I then tried calling the number listed on my card statment only to be asked to enter personal information over the phone, then told that their company was not open for the next two days.
This has made me very mad for the following reasons:
1. christmas is in less than three weeks and now I can not use my credit card to purchase gifts this weekend or for who knows how long.
2. The companies web site gave ZERO information about themselves.
3. This company is not going to apologize to me or any of the other people that were inconvienced by this.
4. It pisses me off!!!!
