Complaint Review: HDprojectorworld.com

Do not order from this company!  We are still waiting for a projector that is suppose to be in route to us.  The original order date was 8-20-2013, they took payment on 8-22-2013, gave me a bogus fedex shipping number on 8-27-2013 with a bogus excuse.  Checked with fedex on September 2, 2013 only to be told they had not picked any such shipment.  I called and talked with James, John, Shaun, and Idon't knwo who else, only to be lied to over and over.

They finally told me that they did not have the projector in stock and was waiting on a shipment.  In the meantime I was given an extended warranty, and then a final credit of $100.00 that was promised to be applied to our charge account.

I found out today 9-11-13 that the projector is suppose to be arriving tomorrow  9-12-13 but the $100.00 credit is now being sent by check and will have in 1 to 2 weeks.  

I would advise to stay away from this company and warn others about them.  I wish I had nown of this website prior to placing an order with HDprojectorworld.com.

I can guarantee you that I will check with ripoffreport.com before making a purchase from a new company that we have not dealt with.
