Headcrest Outerwear Company does not deliver as promised - low quality gear - not responding to my calls- I feel terribly scammed by these people and especially by Mrs. Jessica Vance who was happy to take my money and order, but did not follow through with the shipment untill after countless of unanswered calls..

Finally, when I got my Jacket it was in the wrong color and more over the quality of the material is very poor...

Jessica Vance sold me on the promise of All American quality, but this Jacket seems like it is shipped straight from Bangladesh..
