Complaint Review: Headliner Tickets - Tickets My Way.com

Just like all of the others that have experience any dealing with this place, I purchased tickets to a sporting event from ticketsmyway.com 2 weeks in advance of the date of the event. When I was doing my online search they had advertised prices compared to the other ticket brokers, which should be the first sign it was a scam. I received an email stating that the order would be processed- This was not the confirmation they promise and there was no phone call from anyone from this company. They guarantee delivery by Fedex before the event, I called Fedex 2 times to see if a delivery was scheduled to my home address- Fedex had no delivery because there were no tickets being delivered. They are supposed to be out of business but the website still exixts. When you call the number they are always closed, when you visit the website to talk live to an operator none are available. When you call your credit card company to have the charge reversed, they will continue to charge your card.
