This "business" is apparently a guy selling stuff out of his apartment. 

He charged me $8.94 for shipping, but only put $2.75 worth of postage on the package.  The actual shipping cost was $9.55 so it arrived with $6.80 postage due.  I contacted his customer support email asking for $6.80 to be refunded to my credit card, he refused to reply.  I called his support number several times, he never answers it and the voicemail box is full.

The item (a pair of headphones) seems to be in decent shape but there was no original packaging and no warranty info or any other documentation.

If you Google his address you will find that he has in the past operated under the names "The Headphones Store" and "Elite Products", which also have mainly negative reviews.

Don't be tempted by his low prices, you are going to get ripped off!
