We hired Headwaters Construction Companies in Sacramento for some work on a building project we had and to put it lightly, they did really shoddy work. They were hired to do a remodel of one of our offices and they used really cheap materials, the workers took multiple breaks throughout the day, smoking inside the buidling and leaving a really bad smell as a result.
I contacted the compay's corporate office and was told that the company always sides with its employees and I heard someone in the background say, "This is why we should never work with n*******." Shocked, I asked them to explain what I just head and they instead hung up on me and the next time I called, they pretended that it never happened. And now they won't even respond to my queries and are completely ignoring me.
