Headwind Media Inc - CMI Exclusive CMI Profiles, Unauthorized charge on my phone bill...TWICE Wilmington, Delaware
Enabill, aka Headwind Media aka CMI Profiles has twice hit my phone bill for $ 20.00 each time. Every time they did I called them and they said they would remove the charge. I also called Qwest, my phone provider each time and explained it to them.
Each time I called the enabill co. I got a confirmation number referring to the reversal charges, but after the second time I had Qwest to put a BLOCK to ANY Third Party Billing
Now I'll wait & see if it works.
