Headwind Media Inc CMI Exclusive MO Fee CMI exclusive mo svc fee Unauthorized charges on phone bill; unknown, Delaware
We received a bill from Enabill for a $20 charge on behalf of Headwind Media for "CMI Exclusive MO SVC Fee". We did not sign up for this or in any way invite it. This must be a hidden sign up from something else we did on the web.
When trying to cancel this, the phone line (888-478-6162) just gives a super long sales pitch (like 120 seconds of talking), followed by silence. I waited 3 times for over 20 minutes each time to see if they would answer - they never did.
Obviously this is a scam. How can I/we get our money back? Any ideas?
