Complaint Review: Healio Health Inc

Healio Health Inc www.HealioHealth.com I spent $100 nearly 2 months ago to buy an item for a family member. After a lot of research, it seemed this company had the best product. It has been 2 months and I STILL have not recieved my product Akron, Ohio

Nearly 2 months ago, I ordered medical supplies for a family member.  After a lot of research, I stumbled upon this company's website which seemed to have exactly what I needed. 

However, 2 months later and they still HAVE NOT shipped my product!  I called them for 3 days straight and no one ever answered their phone.  Then on the 4th day a lady "accidentally" answers the phone and when she hears that I am calling to inquire about my order she says "shoot, they didn't do the drop ship?" then says she will call me back.  2 days later and still she had not called me back.  Since then, I have sent numerous emails and have left about 5 messages and NONE of them have been addressed.

I am now resorting to this report to express my dissatisfaction and tell everyone how this company rips off unsuspecting consumers.  I am then contacting my credit card company and reporting them for FRAUD!  How disgusting that companies think they can do this to people!  I don't even want their stupid products any more, just my d**n money!
