Ladies Please be aware of the conditions not mentioned upon registering yourself to the HealthBeauty Mall (HBM) webpage upon wanting to try the Revitol and Dermology anti-aging creams!

June 9- 2014   After I submitted my registration on www.healthbeautymall.com , I was sent to a page for the "Trial Order" of these 2 beauty creams for $49.95 and $9.97 s&h fees. OKAY that being done-STARTED a long term aggravation to being SCAMMED by finances and con-artist.

June 11, 2014  After my 1st order, I noticed charges in my account for $49.95, $10.98, $.95, and $9.97.

June 26, 2014  ANOTHER! charges from my account of $75.94 (HBM Beauty Health) and $39.97 (CMI Discounticons)

First, I had to call HBM 877-446-2178 for these charges and was told by Anna, CSR the charges of $75.94 were for the next shipment because I did NOT cancel my subscription within the 16 day FREE TRIAL.  Calculating- the 26th minus the 11th is 15 days difference but since I made the order on the 9th of June, I missed the 16 DAY time limit.

What a mess this caused!!

Second, I had to call CMI Discounticons 877-427-8988 for the $39.97 fees because I became a member  upon registering to HBM.

I was told by Shannon that I was given a $100 worth of coupons and for green coffee upon my membership.  I again replied I did NOT wish to be a member but only wanted to TRY these 2 products.

I was told that the initial phone call after we subscribe is where we are asked if we can confirm the order (not that I remember confirming to become a member) which I did agree that I did make the order.

Declining the membership and more shipments I was told to send or refuse my next order and writing a RNA# on the package and when they received it, I would be credited in my account for ONLY $69.95.  I will be charged a $10 restocking fee.

Charges from June 11-27, 2014 by these 2 companies as follows:

$49.95 + $10.98 + $.95+ $9.97 ( 1st order total $71.85) + $75.94+ $39.97 (2nd shipment fees total $115.91) = $187.76

Sent package back upon refusal on June 26, 2014 with RNA# ( I also took a picture with my camera)

August 4, 2014  Today I am only gonig to get reimbursed (3-5 business days) $59.95.

This is one of the largest scamming operations I have come across in this country that I love so much.

I will be filing complaints and getting letters as this to many other places so I can help other ladies not become a victim to these Health Beauty tricks that say the "Policy and Terms are upon the webpage of subscribing" but they are not.
