My mother ordered this and was pressured into buying a year's worth as then she would get a discount. Well, at $687.00 for a year's worth, that's ridiculous. She paid the same price, if not more, than others and was pressured into this. I, (her daughter with POA), called to see about getting her money back And returning the unopened product. This was the first time that I called and I was told that since she had ordered it at a discount price, then it was NOT possible to receive a refund. 

I visited my mom and asked her about it and she couldn't even remember ordering it. She has the onset of Alzheimer's! so memory isn't so good. I did find the products in the house and got them ready to ship back. 

I once again contacted the company regarding this order and asked to speak to someone other than the agent, "someone in customer service please", and she turned into a rude, yelling voice on the other end. She told me that she remembered talking to me before and that " she IS customer service". Well, she could've fooled me. I asked her to stop yelling at me and she continued very rudely. She told me to go on the website and review their cancellation policy. I, therefore asked for the website address, and she very rudely told me that it was listed on the bottle, rather than just politely giving it to me. 

I finally had to hand the phone to my husband, as I could not deal with her rudeness any longer and she still continued to be rude, even to him. Unbelievable! 

After hanging up, I did just like she said and went to the computer and typed in the address, only to have a screen pop up that said, "web site is under construction". REALLY!?!?!?

This company is nothing but a HUGE rip off. Now apparently, my mom is just stuck with 12 bottles of this crap that she can't even take as her doctor advises against it. 

I will be turning them into BBB and also The Federal Trade Commission. I hope to get better results than speaking with their so called customer service reps. Ugh!
