In January 2004 I purchased a set of cookware at a tradeshow, which is the only place this cookware can be purchased. 10 days later, after having received the cookware at home, I found that it did not perform anything like was demonstrated at the cooking demonstration at the tradeshow.

Within 48hours of receiving the cookware, I contacted the Customer Service department and advised that I would like to send my order back for a full refund. It was only at that point that I was advised that my purchase was NON-RETURNABLE/NON-REFUNDABLE!! This was never advised when I was making this purchase! In some state it is illegal not to post these policies!

Since February, I have been attempting to have Health Craft accept my order back for a refund. The Customer Service representative has been far less than receptive in hearing anthing that I want - instead has advised me "What the best solution to my problem" would be!
I find it very insulting for her to be telling me what the best solution to my problem is! Is this customer service?

Many of their competitors offer an unconditional Customer Service Guarantee, that within x amount of days of receiving your purchase, if not totally satisfied, you can return it for a full refund. Now this makes sense. How can Health Craft put on their Home WebPage that they have "more than 300,000 satisfied customers, and we're the first and only Cookware Company in the industry to earn the American Express Award for Dedication to Excellence and Customer Service."? That is false advertising.

I have also found that they claim to be a member of the Direct Selling Association, as they have their logo listed on their website, only to find out that they ARE NOT a member!! This company seems to be full of lies and just go about pushing their product on unsuspecting consumers!

They must be held accountable for their deceptive actions and make them live up to their claims of SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! My order has been repacked in the original shipping boxes since 2 days after I received it.

They have been advised this and have the opportunity to make a Customer Satisfied, but instead, Charles Knight, Health Craft Founder, will not even respond to my letter and concerns! This is no vendor that anyone should be working with. There are many simular companies out there selling the same quality product, for far less, and with customer service guarantees!!!
