Con men. Orders product form vendors, but does not pay bills, nor will they return calls once they have no use for you.Do not do business with these individuals!!!
Fraudsters. Untrusted. You don't walk into a grocery store, take your goods, and say maybe I will pay you sometime.
Have stolen hundreds of thousands of dollars from elderly investors and lie about it to authorities.
They need to go to jail.

The undersigned is California counsel to Mr. Steven Fox. Mr. Fox is a subject of the defamatory posting. Mr. Fox, on behalf of himself, the companies with which he is associated, and the other individuals identifed in the posting, denies each of the statements appearing in the posting as entirely false and malicious. Mr. Fox has already initiated appropriate litigation in the Superior Court of the State of California, County of Orange, seeking, among other things, compensatory and punitive damages for the defamatory posting. In connection with that lawsuit, subpoenas have been issued to the above website requiring that it produce by May 15, 2013 all of its records concerning the posting. In this case, the person making the posting has refused to identify himself or herself as the author.

The defamatory statements have no factual or legal support. Mr. Fox is of the opinion that the posting was made by a person whose employment was terminated due to misrepresentations made by that person to the public regarding a company with which Mr. Fox is associated. Mr. Fox has instructed counsel to join as a defendant in the lawsuit any person who publishes or re-publishes the defamatory statements or any part of them.
