Health Web Shopping shoyuld be avoided at all costs by anyone based in UK or Europe. I have had 3 previou sdeliveries from them and all had been fine - heavy shipping costs - USD 30.00 per order but no other charges. Latest delivery arrived from UPS ( indentical order and vlaue as per last 3 orders) only this time it arrived with a 35 ( USD 50) additional customs charge on it. I refused delivery and asked for package to be returned.
Got in tough with Health Web customer support and their handling of this has been shocking! I have been referred to their website terms and conditions 3 times, I have been told that even if I try and return the goods there will be no refund. I have contacted UPs to find out why 3 previou sdeliveries were ok and this one now has charges and they have said that often the shipper accepts the customs charges but this time it was marked that the purchaser was to pay these.
What a RIP OFF! Get you hooked and then pass charges you knew nothing about onto you as the customer and just refer you to the terms on the website ....which unfortunately they are fully able to hide behind as it covers them from every angle! Nice touch!
Recommendation .....JUST DON''T BUY from Health Web - find someone else!
