Carlos Herrera was the one on tape recorded statement admitted that he knew the company was operating illegally. He further stated that one day the COO would call him wondering what to do because officals would be at the place of business trying to freeze assets. I heard it, transcribed it, submitted it for editing and it was made a permanent part of the minutes for that meeting.

Carlos Herrerra, on recorded tape, stated that he knew that he was operating this company illegally. I was his Exe. Asst. and he said this in front of the entire Exe. staff, so they are all in on it, and they are all living of ripping YOU off. Let's put this company in the hole...where it belongs!

I just put another scamming company in the hole....this one is NEXT.
They are the stupidest business people I have ever met! They did a large number of illegal things just in the 4 months that I was taken advantage of as an employee. They treat their employees (beside their family members that work there) terribly. They lie cheat and steal to make a dishonest living. I have lots of information and would love to talk to YOU!
