Complaint Review: Healthcare Advantage LLC

Healthcare Advantage is run by 4 people of which 3 are scammers and cannot work or find work anywhere else or have been seriously terminated from other companies. The four of these people, Rene, Carlos Herrerra, Daniel and Caroline are friends and I know that Daniel came from Key West.

I worked for this company for about 5 months and was hired on around this time last year. 2 weeks into my employment with this company, the four of them went on vacation after purchasing brand new BMW's, Corvettes, etc.

With no training, my direct supervisor, Daniel, left me to pack all four of their offices, cart all of the liquor that Carlos had in his office and move the entire admistrative area upstairs, by myself and with no help or no dollies.

I begged for help from the Operation's Manager who was left in charge but did not show up for work.

I have 6 children and I came in early and stayed late the entire month of December when these aweful people had left me in quite a predictament. The only words that I heard is that I would be rewarded for my extra efforts. I ultimately became entirely responsible and accountable for every single disaster that occured without anyone to help. I couldn't even contact them.

This is the worst company I have ever worked for. When the all arrived back from vacation in January of this year, everything was done and about a week later I was let go but not before I had tape recordings of the four of these people talking about how they are scamming people.

When you join this healthcare discounted program, which by the way you are lied to by the independent reps that are not being monitored, you are taken for the first payment because if you do not cancel within a few days (oh by the way, they have set it up so that you don't get your membership package or contract beyond this period THAT IS THE SCAM) you are screwed out of any and all monies that you allowed. Oh, and then it takes up to 10 weeks for your cancellation to go through and the story goes on and on.

I am working with an FBI agent.

OH THE SALES PEOPLE TELL YOU THAT IT IS HEALTH INS WITH NO PREEXISTING CONDITIONS>
