HealthCare Advantage ripoff it is CUSTOMER SERVICE that is bad. they are RUDE. No one knows answers to your questions. So, I canceled my policy and I am still getting the RUN A ROUND. Plantation Florida

When I found this discount plan online it was a good idea at the time as we needed prescriptions filled and this was the best plan that we found at the time. It has turned out to be a nightmare situation. I started out signing up with a representative, he then gave me customer service. That was laugh.

Those people are RUDE, ARROGANT, NOT HELPFUL WITH YOUR QUESTIONS. THEY ALWAYS PUT YOU ON HOLD AND MAKE YOU WAIT, WAIT, WAIT AND YOU STILL GET NO WHERE WITH THEM. I had to finally contact my representative back and ask him for his supervisor to get any help with my new policy. He called me back and wasn't able to help me so I finally got a hold of his boss. The Vice President of the Company. He said "I'll personally take care of you" He did just that and was able to get my account set up. Then when I needed CUSTOMER SERVICE AGAIN, I COULDN'T GET ANY STRAIGHT ANSWERS, AGAIN, BEING PUT ON HOLD TO WAIT, WAIT, WAIT, WAIT.

I contacted my representative back and he said I had to contact CUSTOMER SERVICE, WHAT A RAT RACE, I FINALLY GOT FED UP AND CANCELED MY POLICY. NOW I AM WAITING THEIR 21 DAYS BUINESS DAYS TO GET MY REFUND, HOWEVER IT HAS BEEN SINCE JULY 24RD.

My bank account was closed and I asked them to write me out a check and they said this was not their company policy. I have faxed them with an attached letter from my bank requesting my refund still with NO RESULTS AS OF SEPTERMER 3, 2004. THEY ARE STILL INSISTING MY BANK RECEIVED MY MONEY ON AUGUST 26TH ALTHOUGH IT HAS BEEN CLOSED, THEY SAID, OH THEY WILL REOPEN TO GET THEIR
MONEY. MY BANK SENT THEM A LETTER STATING THEY WOULD NOT REOPEN MY ACCOUNT SO I HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING. WHAT A NIGHTMARE THIS HAS BEEN FOR ME. THESE PEOPLE DON'T KNOW HOW TO GIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I am happy to find this website to find out that I wasn't the only one scammed by Healthcare Advantage and then I have gotten the run around trying to get my money back. I was told the same thing about receiving 50% savings on my medication which cost a total of $580.00, the savings was $460.00. now I would say that is about a little over 10% NOT 50%. What a SCAM you people are running. I WANT MY MONEY BACK, THE FULL REFUND. Like many others has stated, how can you cancel if you receive your police 11 days after you sign up, then you are not qualified to get your enrollment fee back by this time, then in my case, I had my account closed to avoid continued problems with withdraws from this company or any other companies like this. Don't believe anything these people tell you. You can do better with someone else. I was also told I would get a policy equal to Blue Cross PPO Plan. What part is equal to their polices???????????????. IF ANYONE SEE THIS COMPANY..........RUN.............RUN.....HANG UP ON THEM. AVOID THEM LIKE THE BLACK PLAQUE........
