HEALTHCARE ADVANTAGE Ripoff once you give them your credit card they rip you off blind Sunrise Florida
This company has several agents all over the US and they lie telling you that you will have up to 80% discounted medical fees and prescription coverage. These agents will say anything to get your 100.00 enrollment fee which is non-refundable. But it doesn't stop there...once you give them your credit card..you are in for a world of trouble trying to get them to stop charging your card.
You will be in this for over a year trying to recoup funds if you ever can. Their executive management team is rich! They have targeted the elderly and the uninsured. They are making millons off non-refundable fees taken from you! They know they are doing business illegally. I worked for them and they admitted it on recording. I am in the process of bringing them down and they are stealing over 1.5 million a month off people all over the US.

These Crooks Have a Past

Many reputable insurance agents know of these folks and stay clear from their scams. Alot of us got suckered into selling their program when they were previously at a legitimate company called Healthaccess that sold discount plans that has since gone bankrupt. They were thrown out a couple of years back when their owners discovered they were acting against company policy and were stealing ( healthaccess vs. carlos herrera, et.al; broward county court). I have read the suit and it's an "eye-popper" of what they did. They stole the companies secrets and started healthcareadvantage. The problem is that what they do is not really insurance so the state insurance dept. has no control over the scam. The best one to get them is the Florida state attorney general. In fact, the Kansas state attorney general has filed a lawsuit against them for scamming their citizens. They really need jail time to stop them, otherwise, when it gets too hot, they'll shut down and start a new scam.

Fri, December 10, 2004
We are extremely sorry that Cindy has continued to make false statements and attempts to damage the reputations of HealthCare Advantage executives. Despite a tremendous amount of patience on our part, this continued assault has not ended. The statements made by her are simply false and none of her accusations contain any merit whatsoever. Should anyone have questions, HealthCare Advantage will be pleased to answer them through our Compliance Department.

I began reporting this company in March of this year. I see that they are still scamming to earn a living.
I will help anyone who needs it as I am involved, and have been involved with FBI agents with Re to this company and another that I found to be scamming. The other company has been seized and their officers jailed with Federal charges.
My entire family is in law and it is my passion to get this company and the people that run it.

As CEO of HealthCare Advantage, your comments on Rip-Off Report are totally false. Your attack on our company (as an ex-employee) further support why an individual like yourself should not be employed with us. All of our members have access to the terms and conditions of our operation. They can be found on our web page and membership manual. We operate an ethical company and provide more services than any other medical discount plan. If you have any proof of your statements please advise us. We know you do not and suggest that you stop making false statements regarding our agents, employees, and office. We are prepared to take legal action against anyone who attempts to damage our reputation.
Sincerely,
