Complaint Review: Healthcare Marketplace

Ever since I'd enrolled in this disgraceful joke of a healthcare system, there hasn't been one thing you incompetent morons have done correctly.  When I tried about 40 times to get onto your ill planned, dysfunctional website I was denied access every single time.

You sent me about a forest's worth of paper telling me to opt for a package under which to be covered.  On one occasion, I opted for a package and instead of notifying the ignorant w***e insurance carrier, you couldn't be bothered doing your jobs.  Or you were too stupid to execute the tasks.  So in their perpetual rush to steal more money from me for themselves, they sent me another prospectus package when I was already covered!  All because of your negligence.

Since you absolutely harassed me with literature in terms of notification letters I sent my tax returns in every year like I was supposed to do.  Then you hounded me saying that my tax returns didn't reflect what I'd earned during the year.  No s**t Sherlock! I was unemployed through no fault of my own.  Yet when I sent correspondence letters to explain you ignored me.  So then one of your idiots called me and showed why the system is all screwed up. All this anus was concerned with was getting my scenario off of his docket. He couldn't have cared less if I was homeless! He suggested that I pay the full freight.  How the hell would he have proposed I accomplish that being unemployed?  But as usual he was just thinking of himself.

I recently called the state insurance/Medicaid office because of all of your mistakes. They informed me that in November of 2015, you'd already placed me onto Medicaid. I never recieved any letter, email, phone call, text or any contact whatsoever. TO add insult to injury, you continued to bury me with letters enticing me to get covered by an insurance carrier. This is while I was paying for my insurance coverage all along, when YOU A**HOLES placed me on Medicaid! Then I was also informed by the same person at the state level that for whatever reason you decided to take me off of it.

Then on July 25th of this year I'd spoken to Beautiful Williams. Ms. Williams never said 1 word about the fact that I'd already been on Medicaid.  Once again because of a complete disregard for your jobs, I paid for medications as well as insurance premiums that I should never have had to pay. I believe that because of your negligence, you cost me approximately $1000.  If it was more money, I'd have had no problems suing your incompetent a**es! But believe you me, I'll take full advantage of my 1st Amendment rights on Facebook and every other Social media so that everybody knows what worthless pieces of s*** you are!!!!!!!!!!!
