Complaint Review: HealthCare Processing Network

I signed a contract with this company on July 9, 2002. They promised to have backup support to process claims, set up with doctors and also with the clearing house. They ceased to do business on October 28 2002 without sending anything in writing or even an email.

Iwould expect a reputible business to have another company take over that aspect of the business for which I and others have paid $500.

Healthcare Processing Network has stopped DEAD IN THE WATER without trying to move its' client base to continue the backup support.

They had to know this was happening when I first bought into this a a home based business in July.
