I purchased 2 of the cold laser therapy units at the online store. The website said I would receive 10% off, if I purchased 2. I am so glad I checked my credit card, because they charged me the full price :( I contacted them and received a refund, back to my card. I ordered 2 lasers, because a dear friend of mine, who is very elderly, and sick, with an elderly, sick dog, are both in dire need of help. I thought this laser may help.

When the package arrived, there was only 1 laser. They neglected to send me the 2nd one, although I had already paid for 2 of them. This was not good, and I was not able to provide my friend with hers for her birthday :( I contacted them, and they admitted the mistake, and said they would send the 2nd one. I informed them that I would like to receive a small, 10% discount, for my trouble, and since my friend couldn't get hers for her birthday.

They refused to give me any refund :( I would never again purchase anything from this company. I do not approve of the way they treat their customers, and their lack of empathy for my sick, elderly friend and her dog.
