Complaint Review: Healthcraft Cookware

My wife and I attended one of these heathcraft cookware demonstrations at a fair christmas craft event, a few yrs back.We decided we wanted to try to buy a set of these exspensive pots n pans, which at the time was 1700.00 for the "1st"set. They said we can make payments on this set until paid and then would be shipped. After some time passed,we made some payments, a few economical things happed to us n we decided that we wanted a refund or to purchase a cheaper set for what we paid. We paid them a total of 669.00. Contacting them recently, they said there was no refund, the distributor was no longer w/ the company , our account was closed, but we could pay more to finish up paying for a full set. This is total bull! They also said our funds/account was "eatten up in late fees".. You tell me since when r there late fees on a layaway agreement?? The demonstrator we 1st talked to doesn't return calls. I'm considering talking to an attorney about this matter.!!
