We purchased two (2) MyAllergyTest kits from this company and they charged our credit card $99.90 the very same day we placed our order.  Its web site claims all orders will ship either the same day an order is placed or the very next day.  It has been about 8 days since we placed our order and to date we have not received our order nor have we been provided any tracking information.  My husband has emailed thsi company 3 times and has also called 3 times over the course of the past 5 days asking for a status on our order.  To date no one from this company has responded to any of his inquiries - nor does anyone answer the phone when he has called.  I think we may have been ripped off.  I will be calling our credit card company today and disputing the charge.
