Healthgrades.com ,Health Grades, Charged $37.90 for report on doctor; contained no info about serious disciplinary actions; they do not respond to emails Golden Colorado
Basically my title says it all. The biggest problem is that someone who relied on HealthGrades.com's innocuous report on an incompetent doctor could be seriously injured or die as a result. The fact that they refuse to respond to emails suggests that the problems at this company may run deep.
I would like to think that this company is not a scam, and mine is an isolated case. However I obviously won't be using them again. My advice would be: Stay away from Healthgrades.com.
