Coincidentally, we received our phone bill the same day your report appeared on MSNBC news. We don't know yet what to experience but will update.
There was no inquiry or authorization related to these charges. In fact, we recently moved service to another company from SBC (Southwestern Bell) due to other factors, so we're sure these were not authorized in advance.
