Like many people you would like to try supplements before you commit to a pricey monthly fee. I order products from this website....www.healtsupplementdeals.com and it was called a 7-day trail, trail usually meaning if you don;t like it you can return it for your money back and if you cancel before the trial you are usually not charged.

Not with this company, I called the Friday before my trial was up to cancel, spoke to an Allison whom said it was cancelled and that I needed to return the product to them. Well Sunday comes and I see a charge for the products on my back account. So, I call on Monday, they have no notes saying anyone has called to cancel. So I go over it with them again, speaking to a Danz this time whom says they are cancelled (yet again), gives me an RMA # and a return address (with no name, just an address) to return the product. Then says I should see credit once the product is returned. Well at this point I don't believe them, so I contact my bank for help. My bank was awsome in assisting me with a claim and helping me to recover the money, well 3 weeks later I still see no credit from them. A week later another charge hits for the same amount again! Seriously, so I call them again, get lied to by Allison who tells me there is no RMA number that she sees, so I ask for a supervisor, Claudis gets on, by this time I am really upset, after being told there was no RMA Claudia confirms there is one in the system, then goes on to tell me she has to put through a request to the "warehouse" which is funny cause the "warehouse" has a suite # in the return address. Then she asks me for the tracking numbers, which I told her I would call back with. She says they will void the charges for today (Sept 31st) and inquire as to my RMA return for the previous money from last month, mind you I am out the money and have return there product at this time. So I grab my receipts from the post office and call them back to give them tracking numbers as proof, which they said they needed. I speak to a Logan who then tells me they are crediting me for the RMA and I should see that in 4 - 7 days and if I don't to contact my bank. I tell him my bank and I are in good contact and if I don't see the credit from them I will be calling them back. He then gets very rude with me, as a consumer I hope you never ever have to deal with these people, they screw you over and then act like it is your fault. My bank is still the only one that has given me any money back so we will see what they decide to do.
