HEALTHY COMPUTER CLUB ripoff, non consumer response for a refund for an expensively-worthless software that did little to nothing to repair any problems on my pc, dishonest, great advertising for suckers like me who believed them Internet
I found HEALTHY COMPUTER CLUBS' program ad for their software PC RESCUE. According to their advertising this was THE super fix-all of software programs to repair computer errors. The consumer would never have to look any further than their ad.
Well, I being an intelligent, educated person, believed all their bull crap in their ad so I bought it because I had been having computer programs.
So, I run the program and a few errors popped up that involved one of the problems I was having. I ran the repair and low and behold the error was not fixed and the program congradulated me on having an error free computer.
I write an email to HEALTHY COMPUTER CLUB and said I was very, very dissatisfied and if they were a reputable company that they should gladly refund my money. NOT SO0-- then I tried to reason with them and the bs emails just came back to me and of course no refund. I explained to them that I had a free program that I would run after running their diagnostic and it never failed that the free software revealed errors (sometime 16-20 errors) that their program failed to diagnose.
So, I said why should I pay for an expensive program when I have a free one that does a better job than theirs. no response, no refund.
People need to know about these frauds because they spent a bunch more money on their advertising than they did on their hack program.
BEWARE OF HEALTHY COMPUTER CLUB FOLKS BECAUSE THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE PUBLIC!
