My husband signed up with this company for $1 a month of software download on the beginning of March just for trying and never used it. After 2 day, I saw a charge for $99.95 for membership and $59.95 for that $1 a month for 5 years of software download. I called them and asked to cancel it, they said they will send a request and will send the money back to my bank account. It didn't mention the $99.95 membership fee in their website and an automatic bill for 5 years. I called them again after a month saying I have not received my refund yet. They told me the initial request did not go through and will send another refund request. Another month had passed and still no refund.

I called for the third time, they said they're having difficulty with their system and I should wait for a week and I should have my refund in my bank account. I'm getting frustrated and I called after 2 weeks, which is today. I got the same response, they will send an urgent request to their refund department.


I just had it, I asked for a supervisor nor a manager and he couldn't give me one and won't give me information about the company. I asked for somebody else besides the rep I was talking to but refused to help me. He said the only thing he can do is to send an urgent request for a refund and keep on checking with my bank account. He said he has no idea when I will receive my refund back. I did a search on the internet and found out the same case was filed for Healthy discount card on your website. I went back on their website and it has been closed.
