I wanted to support her so I went ahead and ordered it online and was automatically hooked into buying the second product, Healthy Glow which I did not want but since it was additional $5.97 I just let it go through. I recieved my charge statement and was shocked I had two charges of 89.95 and 79.95 for an ongoing order until I called today and they already were billing me today for more product. lewes Delaware
I was on my computer when a pop up appeared with Ivanka Trump and some eye care product for free except shipping. I wanted to support her after all the bashing she was taking for her dad etc etc so I clicked on it and ordered the Hydrologica Eye Serum, however, it also made me order the Hydrologica Hydrating Cream, I could not decline it. It was an additional $5.97 so I just let it go through. I got my charge statement today with charges of $79.95 and $89.95. I called the phone numbers attached to the charges; the eye serum charge they said they were charging me another $79.95 today for more product and since I had not called to cancel within 14 days of the "free trial" product, they were able to charge me full price of $79.95 for that an $89.95 for the skin cream. They said they would stop the product and cancel the charge for today, but, not the "trial" charges.
I had to call the other number on my charge account, but, they could not even locate my account and said I needed to call the phone number listed on the product. I ended up back at the eye serum place with a guy who was very rude and said you just called and we stopped the orders and he was the one telling me I couldn't do anything about the trial charges of $79.95 and $89.95, I said I would dispute it through my bank and he laughed and said they wouldn't be able to do anything because I had agreed to the terms of the contract on line. My bank called them with me on the line and after getting passed to a supervisor who first wasn't available because the representative would only refund $30 of my trial prices. The supervisor was very cagey and sticking to her script speaking very crisply and wouldn't budge, $30 refund to get it over with and I had to agree not to dispute it any further. I asked if Ivanka was affiliated, but, she had no idea and said they have a lot of celebrity endorsements. I told her they represented that she was part of the company and endorsed the product and I was going to send her a letter to advise her of this smarmy, underhanded company ripping off consumers and using her name. They are disgusting bottom feeders.
