Purchased Urine-Off online from HealthyPets.com, received the order from EntirelyPets. Product was a clear and odorless solution that did not work to remove the urine smell from a new area rug. Contacted the manufacturer of Urine-Off and it was suggested I needed to use more of the product. Ordered a gallon from another dealer. The product was cloudy and had a fragrance and it also worked!

Contacted HealthyPets.com to report the product difference in appearance, aroma and performance and was informed that the product was not substituted, diluted or otherwise tampered with before shipped to me. Refused to refund the amount paid or even investigate what was occurring with the product they were selling to customers. Also refused to respond to subsequent e-mails. Urine-Off manufacturer has informed me that they only supply the product to dealers who will refund customers. HealthyPets.com aka EntirelyPets is unethical, unprofessional and provides extremely poor customer service.
