Do Not use this Company! I have been in retail for 31yrs and have never treated someone like this. I placed a 402.98 order with this company on my credit card and waited 3 weeks for my shipment. When it got here and I opened it the products were substituted for things that I could buy at the local pet store not the things that I had orderd. So I called and got a UPS return tag from Entirely Pets when the UPS driver gave me the slip with the tracking number the name on it was Healty pets inc. So it went back and I waited 3 more weeks and no credit to my card. I called Entirely Pets and was put on hold for over 20 min and then told that my credit would be done ASAP. Two weeks go by and mt credit shows up as 322.38 so I called again and went on hold when someone talked to me they said it was a restocking charge of 86.60 now I am in the middle of a battle with them and my credit card company But still out the money for there mistake!
